PCDB Developments
PCDB Developments is run by Peter Wiles. Peter worked for Fujitsu Services (formerly ICL) for 36 years, initially as a designer involved in the development of the VME mainframe operating system, and laterly as a Systems Architect specialising in large Government and private sector computer projects.
PCDB was the name of a Microsoft Access database developed over many years to support the work of a Systems Architect, in particular to record and describe the complex state of modern distributed computer systems.
Since retiring from Fujitsu Services, Peter has used his time to develop a number of own-user products some of which may be of interest to a wider market. PCDB Developments has been set up to promulgate these personal-use software developments. Initial products were targeted at Windows-based platforms, More recently, PCDB SuDoku Solver has been ported to an Android platform and released via Google Play. It is likely to become available on WIndows 8 when that is released by Microsoft. An initial version is already running on Windows Phone.
